bad heightfield
so i was making a track and randomly said bad heightfield data cant find parameters or something like that can that be fixed and why does this happen

Sounds like terrain.hf is corrupted. You might be able to take one from another track and adjust it to fit what you had before.

I'd copy one from a track with the same dimensions and then adjust the height range as well as I could.
The format is "[dimension] [resolution] [lowest point] [highest point]". For example, a height field that is 1025x1025, with 2 feet between each point, with a low point of 0 and a high point of 500, would be defined like this: "9 2.0 0.0 500.0".

So do jumps count as the height too and how do get the exact numbers and i dont understand the 2 feet apart thing sorry im not the best at editing i don't really know much

You'd have to guess the high and low points and adjust it until it looks about right. If the track isn't a masterpiece it'd probably be easier to just start over.
