I did a search and didn't find anything on how to do this, How do i change my Name on mxsim for multiplayer to my screen name here. I'm sure it's simple but i just can't find it in the Sim.

In bike set up, change the name to what you want and that will also be your multi player name

Ahh ok, thankyou. I never even noticed it or tried looking in bike setup.
