crf 2013 bikes wont load front or side plates, help???

crf 2013 bikes wont load front or side plates, help???
when I use any of my Honda 250 or 450 2013 bikes it wont load side or front plates, everthing else loads. its comes up with this on the screen cant load@crf250v2010-front-plate-2013 stock jm, and the same for the side plates
