Key Frames?

I want to add cameras on tracks for editing purposes and ive seen Evans mention them but not sure how to enter them in. I need some good angles and some sky cams to glide but this is my first attempt. Anyone willing to tell me what i need to do to have these setup? Thanks guys.

Wheels made a good video tutorial on how to use them.

Only thing that has changed since then is the /clearkeys command which clears all keys previously added.

Thank you so much never thought it was that simple. And that saves the frames like that so when i open AVI it runs through what i set? Ill just mess around till i perfect what im trying. This will work great for running through some tracks before i introduce riders. This Also works for still cameras like the live stream had correct?

I have one more question figured i would ask it here instead of another topic. I want to have the gopro view for some footage as well what do i need to do to get this to work?
