Re: PC Specs.
You dont need the cpu fan unless you plan on over clocking, and if your running a 650 i would suggest going up to a 500w cause 450w is kind of a min requirement if i remember right.

Okey thanks! I'm going with 600w. You mean the processor cooling right? You think I would be good with the standard AMD CPU cooler?

Re: PC Specs.
what i ment was that their is no point in spending money on an after market fan unless you plan on overclocking the prosessor (that basically means speeding it up, by raising the amount of GHz.) The fan that comes with it is designed to keep it at a cool temp at stock settings, so why bother? You can buy it if you want, your not hurting anything, but not helping anything either (again unless you plan on overclocking.)

thats what im trying to help him with, he could invest that extra cash into somthing that he will use, like a nicer video card or hard drive. But your right, it is his money, he should spend it how he wants to.MX181 wrote:The kid has some left over cash let him spend it gosh haha. Re: PC Specs.
Thanks for the support guys.
I'm looking into this http://gyazo.com/6e42faf74c511c5cd94f58ef63249258
But I thougth about what you said ''crash'' and I would rather get a better graphics card.
Any idea what's diffrent between this http://gyazo.com/6549edfaa54884ddedf079fb9bf1dfb5 and this http://gyazo.com/de1c0ecd606cccf4f197e48bef4659b7 ?
And the AMD A-10 5800k is cheaper then the AMD A-10 5700 ? Any idea why that is?

Re: PC Specs.
Not big on AMD CPU's so i cant answer the question on that,
However the main difference between the 650 and the 650ti is that the ti version is just a slight step above, usually just a slightly better cpu in the video card, or a stock overclock on the cpu. nothing crazy different between the two. In the simplest way to put it, a 650=650, a 650ti is more like a 655.
