What's causing this?

Post by Brina927 »

For awhile now my game will have little freezes/glitches. Some last a split second, and others last for 3 or 4. They happen about 3-6 times a race online with different numbers of riders. It doesn't seem to matter what my graphics settings are either(running 60/7 for both and 256 ground res no shaders or roost or reflections).I'm getting annoyed, as it makes it harder to ride and when it freezes for 3-4 seconds my buttons get "stuck" and I end up crashing or flying off the track. Is it just simply my computer sucks now or what? Other then that I don't get any noticeable lag. I updated graphics drivers and no difference.

I know other instances of 'lag' or 'freezing' has been fixed with vsync so I have to ask. Is that turned off? I'm not even entirely sure that this is the problem though just the IT in me covering the "is it plugged in" questions.

Try turning off demo recording.
