Setup won't let me put specific numbers

Ok, soo when I go into my setup, I try to put my old setup back but theres specific numbers (like 1.38 or 47.00) but it only lets me put even numbers (like 1.50 or 50.00)... Please help, thanks

You could edit the config file to get an exact value. Won't be enough difference to notice though.

That's where you will find your config file. Also make sure you enable "Show hidden folders" then just open your config file with Notepad++ and change the values manually.

Ummm where can I find the config file? I have hidden files on but it still doesnt show up?
