HELP! JLV PLEASE LAGS REALLY BAD

I need help making it not lag. it was fine until lastnight but now its horrible

Did you change any settings or drivers on your computer?

I have tried changing my graphic settings but it still don't help a bit and im not sure how to install drivers

Did you do anything else to your computer right before it started lagging? Install any other programs or add a ton of models and skins? Windows or other automatic updates?

I downloaded quite a bit of tracks but not as much as I wanted to because I don't know how to make the rar and 7z files to work, I can only do the saf and zip files but im kinda new to mxs so I don't know that much about it....but It was working fine with all the tracks I had and then I downloaded winzip and after that it started lagging bad...

i doubt winzip is the cause of your lag, download and run slimdrivers. see if that helps
