fps stutter with record demo on

started not to long ago i get this fps glitch or stutter as some call it with the record demo to yes. if i turn it to no it does not do it but i want to be able to watch my demo's. not sure what is causing this has been working fine till about 2 weeks ago. computer is new with intel i5 nvidia gtx660 8gb ram. checked processes running with task manager and not seeing anything unusual. thanks for any help.

It's most likely a problem with the DMA settings for your hard drive. Other people have had the same problem but never managed to sort it out.

Thanks jlv I will look into it but why would it just all of a sudden start doing it when it didn't before

its a sata drive if that helps any

i might have figured it out was looking at my virtual memory and it was reset to like 1024MB so i raised it and so far it is working with not stutter raced some offline and one race online and had no problems. i will test it some more when i get back from vacation in a week.
