FPS Drop

Normally in my game i get 125 FPS but after a little bit it drops to around 40-30 FPS and the audio makes some kind of static noise. I could play the game perfectly fine before but it is really annoying now so help would be greatly appreciated

My specs are:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core I5 2430mb
6GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 555m 2047mb

Check your Virus Protection Scan, (If you have one) on my last computer got 10 Trojans and that is where I got all of the lag.
