Need Help Bad!!!

When i dowload a track or skin it shows up in my game and works but is not the prettiest because of my graphics but at least i have it. I try to download a bike and extract it into my mx sim file like i should and all that but it doesnt show in my choices for bikes. Would this be because i have a normal base laptop without any gaming mods such as a graphics card? Or am i just not doing something right? Please help me i want some new bikes badly. Thanks in advice!!

It's not a graphics card/driver problem. You just need to extract it in the right place. Even though it was written for tracks, this tutorial should help.
