FullScreen Mode

Hey guys. I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. When I select default fullscreen mode in the graphics settings and restart the game two things happen. First, my home bar in windows 7 (the blue bar on the bottom) does not go away. Also if I minimize the game and reopen it I get zoomed into the top left corner of the game and cannot see anything else. Is there a way I can fix this?

Thank God I got it fixed, back to normal now.

Went to start, mx sim, right click, properties, compatibility and checked the bottom box that said disable display scaling, worked perfect. Found a vid on it on youtube.
