Friends server, please help

My friend made a server, he can currently ride in without any issues, I downloaded hamachi and connected to his network, i also put in the server address in game on MXS, but it keeps saying contacting server, over and over, any help?? Thanks!!

I do think that this is in another topic or on the hamach forum (if there is that) or just search on google!
