Help with reinstall

Well, my Mx Simulator kept getting these weird lag spikes and i knew it wasn't my computer so i was just going to get all of my tracks i dont want and delete them and then reinstall my game. Well it turns out i deleted all of the main files and i have no way to download my game back now. I still have my Registration key and but i lost all my setups unfortunatly.
