Motioninjoy DS3 Tool problem

This has been happening to me for about a week now - It happened on both my computers. (one w7 and one w8) also happened to my buddies pc too (w7) so I know its not me.. I have tried installing the latest flash player and running the program in different compatibility modes and nothing works. Is anyone else having these issues? I have tried re installing with no luck too.
