Wheel graphics dont show up in game PLEASE HELP!!!

hey guys. so i got the game 2 days ago and i decided to get some skins and graphics. sometimes when i put things in the personal folder it comes up in game, other times they don't. this is especially wheel graphics that don't show up. I have downloaded 3 different lots of wheel graphics and none of them have showed up in game. any advice on how to fix this would be great.
