Help finding a certain track please.

I have recently switched computers due to a computer crash and in doing so I lost all my tracks, I enjoyed riding this track that included a few AX and SX tracks along with two mx tracks, they were all in one big map, not many decals, and tracks were labeled with numbers. If anyone could help me find this I would be grateful. Please and thank you.

Man I have never had more trouble googling/searching for tracks or bikes (custom content) in any game. I get lucky and cntrl-F TN-factory website sometimes but as far as searching.. good freakin luck. Does anyone have a better system for this? For example I can't join servers running Santa Clara, well for like 3 days now i've been googling MXSIM track Santa Clara download etc, searching puremxs and tnfactory websites with no avail. Even the search function on the site doesn't seem to work. It just occured to me to try searching the forum so i'll try that.
