skins and toughblocks

hi guys
i have just gone onto sim after a week away and have noticed my skins are all faded and not clear and also the toughblocks have gone like it aswell its all fuzzy the models are all there and working but the skin is unreadable and all mixed in ?

Try adding
--z-depth 24
to your target line.

all graphic settings are on high and still the same
i am a complete noob when it comes to pc and stuff i mean i can barely use word documents haha

Check the texture settings in your graphics driver's control panel.
