Re: Setup
No one setup is best, everyone's setup needs to fit their playstyle. But, I can give you a guideline.
Leveling-25ish is healthy
Roll damping-Most people do not employ this and just turn the Damping angle up to 180 as it can affect their whips and scrubs, but if you do use it, run it around 20 for SX
Roll damping angle-See above, but if you choose to use it, run around 70
Roll damping factor-See above, but if you choose to use it, run around 35
Steering damping-Again, personal preference, but around 35ish is pretty healthy
Steering strength-You should run this very high to take corners faster, and do the same with steering force. I run all of mine on max
Steering force-See above
Direct steering-This should be above .5, but can be tweaked for rider preference (should be run fairly high for supercross)
Slow damping speed-This can be set to a speed in Ft/S, and below this speed, you will get extra roll damping. Run around the general corner speed of a supercross corner If you decide to use roll damping
Slow damping factor-How much extra Roll damping beneath the Slow damping speed. Run at around the same number Roll damping factor is if you decide to use roll damping at all
Landing damping falloff-How long extra roll damping applies when landing to prevent swaps. You can run this or not, but if you choose to you just play around to find what you like
Landing damping factor-See above
As for suspension, just copy whatever setup you find on youtube from someone you trust, and then test and tweak the crap out of it until it's pristine.
If you have any questions, PM me.
