Game randomly crashing without errors

Ever since the latest snapshot my game has been having error messages when I close, but every once in a while mid-race it will just close. No errors, no freezing, the game will just exit. Jlv, any ideas?

If you can figure out a way to reliably make the closing crash happen I'd be grateful. Does anything coincide with the mid-race crash or is it just out of the blue?
