FPS BIG PROBLEMS ON GTX 970

Until a week ago everything was fine, everything running perfectly on my GTX 970, but when I was hangtwon with 40 bikes look what happens, the use of the video card is minimal, the FPS is very volatile, it is impossible to play, someone has passed Why and solved ?? please help me!! I also realized that you are using openGL and not DirectX, is this normal? can I change??

PC spec:
FX 6300
8GB RAM
GTX 970

Yes OpenGL is used.

I never monitor my stuff so I don't know. Try to set power management for sim, in nvidia control panel to "prefer maximum performance". Maybe that will increase it.
