Photoshop Font Bug

Anyone get this error when trying to use the "He's Dead Jim" font in Photoshop???
Worked earlier while making gear, but now doesn't, and doesn't work on my mac version of PS at all.
Anyone have a similar problem/ got a fix? Doesn't happen with any other font.

That font works for me in CS6.

Try updating your photoshop, I haven't had that issue for a while
