Turn up your graphics in the graphics/sound setup, make sure the use shader programs is set to yes, turn on anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering on in your graphics card control panel.

k now how do u do it with out it lagging

Find the point where your graphics card is still having fun and you are as well.

Or download fraps to see how much fps you're running.

If your computer isn't fast enough you can't do it without lagging.
