Please tell me how to stop the patchy lag in slow mo im finding trouble with it, also what editing system did you use ?

when it goes to slowmo it lags for me to, i used movimaker xD

I use twixtor in After Effects for smooth slow-mo

It takes a while to get the shot, but I use the step button, which is basically a "next frame" button.
