You mean without it? It came with the download. It shows up as rc4 no mum in game

@tyskorn - I was hoping someone would help you with your problems but, seems like its up to me. Your blurring the wrong thing(sorta). If you use motion blur on everything then yes, you can have wheel blur. Other wise it doesnt make sense that everthing else in in focus besides the wheels. What your aiming to blur is the things that arnet in focus. Such as trees in background, maybe a jump in foreground, etc. Depending on the distance from your focus point will be how much you want to blur them(glaussian). If its a haybale maybe 3 or so feet away maybe a light blur or none but if its a tree about 60 feet away step it up to maybe a 2.5-3 point blur. Take a look at my shots for example and if any of you have questions or something to add, please do.

That is just examples of what my point is, and maybe you could learn something.

I don't want you to take this in the wrong way because, I'm talking to quite a few people on here. Just practice, it comes eventually.
