Nikk have you even seen the FAQ thing?
You post so mutch things that are simply all told on the FAQ thing that its waste of time, then you go and tell someone who mades a bad skin he wastes space, your doing it also.

I suppose you can capture the video using fraps, then extract the static frames using windows movie maker of something. Then put them into GIMP or Photoshop and arrange them as layers in an animated gif.

I just take several screenshots, and put them in Gimp, every shot a different layer. First screen the bottom layer, last screen the top layer. Then right click > Filters > animation > Blend. Then save the created image as "filename.gif".
