Yeah, you can also see it moving in Gimp if you want to see it before making it final by right clicking > filters > animation > playback.

Intermediate Frames: 1-2
Max. blur radius: 0
Looped: Yes (checked)

If your screens are realy close (not a lot of time in between them) you should have your "Intermediate Frames" at 2. If they are relatively far apart, you want it at 1.

Yeah, the problem with the animated gifs is the files are huge. You are basically taking like 20 pictures and cramming them into one. Try making the picture smaller, or less frames.

In Gimp, scale the image to about 800 pixels by whatever is comes out to be. Whens its big (1440x900, 1024x720) it makes the file bigger. Scaling it will make the file be able to upload .
