If you wan't your videos to stop lagging. I highly suggest you either upgrade to a better PC. Or drop your graphics down far enough that it will reach 30fps. (Frames per Second) If you want optimal recording without lag you need your FPS at 60 or 120fps. But you can get away with only a tiny bit of lag at 30fps. As I highlighted in your video, you are only at 23fps. Which will cause lag.

Looks like you have smart resample still on. Switch it to disable resample.
