How in the world do I sign up?

I’m trying to sign up for novice and cannof figure it out... and do I need a license for novice and if so how much?

you need the Amat (C) license , which jsut need to be asked here : http://forum.mxsimulator.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=23656

Then you sign up to the race when the race is open.
