Southwick MX 338!!!

Post by iceman967 »

Hey I want to try and take on making MX338. I know that Voutare has said that he would create it months ago and havent released at least a beta of it. I have the tilemaps and stuff ready. I just need a little help getting the 2008 track map. The one on motocross338.org is wrong because the landing of the finishline is right next to the starting. I have watched Billy Ainsworth's helmet cam on vurbmoto.com multiple times so far. My question for the Object makers is can you make me the 2008 finishline banner?

Please post in the upcoming tracks thread. As for that banner, I have made it but it is a part of another object on Red Bud.

Yeah. I had it made, and then it got fucked up, like the disp got scaled out, and screwed up. I had tried to HD it, after making the skin. Remind me to never do that again.

well factory, how much do u have completed of the track. legit right now I really dont have a life hahaha and being able to finish my local track to be apart of the team that has made this legendary facility. I would definitely put in the hours to complete the track. If you want to talk more pm me and we could figure it out.

For the actual thread, I did try to make the display, quite a few times but I just cant seem to get the hills right, or make the track line up, so I also gave up. But if the map is done and needs a few things, I'll be glad to take it from there...

I'll tell you right now, it's a LOT easier to make replicas of tracks that you have never rode. That way, you aren't nitpicking the certain things that you notice that no one else does.

I tried to make a replica of my practice track, about 20 times, and each time I give up because it's not 'perfect'. It's impossible.
