No, that's the link for the demo version. If you click the buy tab on the website to get the full version and go to single user license that costs $50, it takes you to Amazon and autofills the search bar with japanese characters. Inside the demo version of the program you can click a link to buy it but the link is dead

Ah yes I see that now, I downloaded it and messed around with it for a bit and it seems pretty cool. Not exactly sure what the demo is lacking but it is always better to have the full version of something.
