Mt. St. Helen and Co.
Extremely early beta. I'd prefer if no one said anything along the lines of "Why are the hills so steep on the sides?"
They will be fixed.

Re: Post your upcoming tracks
You should partially fill the gap of the large hill, so if people fall into the middle, they will be stuck in there, lol.
I dont like the way you try and build the tracks with large hills. Its going to be hard to make a proper looking hill out of that now.

Re: Post your upcoming tracks
It's actually not that hard. It's just a matter of bringing everything around it up to that level, and then smoothing it in photoshop. I did it with Donington, and Southwick, so I know it works. My Donington looked the exact same way. Actually, 3/4 of the track when I made it was 20 feet underground. (I started at the start straight, and that is about the highest point on the track.

Re: Post your upcoming tracks
Thats because it is. I've got about 5 hours into it now. Started at about 11 this morning.
EDIT:
And damn good decals DJ. Those look so realistic.

Well, I think the hills look pretty damn good, actually. Now I just need to make the rightmost one's offtrack realistic.

I really like those textures DJ. I wonder what would happen if you put those decals on your disp map with a special layer mode...
Looking good Wilson, big improvement since the last time I saw it.
