Any body that is good at Photoshop Tracks and SX tracks care to tell some hints and tips?

There's way way way way WAY too much space in between obsticals.

Download my pottawattime track psd file for some ideas on how to handle things in PS.

Ok thanks Gary ill work on that, but would'nt everything be so much easier to jump? like i guess Wilsons tracks are smaller scale but they do ride good. :?

It's all relative. If you move everything closer, then you have less run up to the jump as well.

Yes

Very rarely do you see an AMA SX where someone is clicking from 2nd to 5th on the run up of a triple!!

Wilson's tracks are scaled very accurately

mikey, heres the opposite of what you told me for san francisco, your display is too large man... the triples look like they are 85 feet... or the angled step on's seem like there is a wicked gap... dont know how it rides tho, thats just an observation from the vid... good job tho! cant wait to ride it!

More like 185 feet :P

Mikey heres a tip that helped me get a nice scale. Download one of the maps from the AMA super cross and put it in photoshop.
Use the free transform tool and the ruler tool to make the track around 25 foot wide (it will end up about 28 foot wide but make it 25 foot for now)
(If you are using a scale of 1:1 that is 25 pixels wide, if you are using a scale of 0.5 (in the terrain.hf file) then you need to make it 50 pixels wide

Now all the triples are about the right length and everything in nicely scaled.

Thanks iceman yeh you are right about the triples but yeh lol
Yomo ive done that as a good friend from MvA told me NT816NT

It was 100% over the track layout but because its too cog of a scale i just made it all smaller and re-arranged it.

Well go over a triple full throttle on a track like houston and tell me what gear you were in...

Either 2nd or MAYBE 3rd... Possibly first depending on gearing. Now go to your track and go flat out with the same gear and you wont make it half way :P

See how it is when you lower the scale, the scale looked too big but the size of the jumps looks close from the overlay you posted.

The textures suck to be honest. They are very plain. You need to add variance to them. No shadows either for the objects. I reckon you spend less time photoshopping your pic and more time on the track.
