is there any free programmes i can use to make a track that is decent?
Also:
with supercross sections is it possible to put a placement over a section, then print screen it, and mimic it in your own placement?

Oh, lol. well if that is what he is talking about, there is a way way easier way to do it.dionhuybers wrote:I think he means:
If he is playing an other track and he is in editor, he want to know if you make a gardient in that track and make a screenshot and then go to his own track, he can copy the section so the same gardient shows up in his track...
i would love to see how that works!barrington314 wrote:Oh, lol. well if that is what he is talking about, there is a way way easier way to do it.dionhuybers wrote:I think he means:

"new gradient" - then drag that line over the jumps you want to copy. then choose "edit gradient" then choose "set from terrain". Then click save. and close the game out. Now in your personal folder, in that tracks folder there is a file called "edinfo" you can either drag that file into your track folder or copy the code and paste it into your tracks "edinfo" file. The latter would be your preference in you had multiple gradients from multiple tracks. So you will need to download notepad ++.
Finally once you open your track and click on "gradient placement" you will see all the gradients you have made from other tracks. You choose the one you want and for Jumps you use "linear paint" and for berms and ruts I like to use "radial ADD" with focus on zero.
video tutorial here very soon. But i need a video tut on how to make a video. haha!
Thats actually genius! Off to steel some nice gradients.barrington314 wrote:Oh, lol. well if that is what he is talking about, there is a way way easier way to do it.dionhuybers wrote:I think he means:
