Adding Friction to track

I've been working on a track for awhile now and I know it might be a little late in the process, but I was wondering if anyone could help me with adding friction to my track. What file is it in my track folder? Is it the texturelist file? Also how to i code the new texture in with notepad++? Please help. Thanks(:

Your tracks friction information will be in the tileinfo file that you'll edit with notepad.
