What track do I need exactly to be able to see the ground decals? They aren't there or in the folder for me?

I am almost positive everything is referenced in this exact track folder, so you may have dropped the track into a folder cuasing the issue.

So these are the errors I am getting.

As you can see I have Tortilla Flats, Tortilla Flats 2, Tortilla Flats 2017, and Tortilla Flats Dos 2017 in my folder. Not really sure what to do since I have those and I still can't see the on track decals.
