It's obvious that the kid in that photo is not 15... He's 12 at a push. Which means you would be 7 years older than him and it's ridiculous for someone of your age to try and get others to gang up on a kid, also don't tell people to not pull out the cyber bullying card because people kill themselves from being bullied online so stop being such an inconsiderate asshole and stop making a fool out of yourself.
