If I were you I would have chosen KTM, because you already have some extra KTM parts and the bike is really well stocked and looking good! and if you put in another pipe and mapping it is really good! When I put my new pipe and mapping it felt like a different bike!
But like everyone else says, choose the one you like most :) Both are good bikes :)

Everyone see's KTM coming with extra parts as a selling bonus. If anything, it just proves that not even KTM thinks they're parts are good enough and need to come with extra's.

On The Pipe wrote:Are you racing? If not a 2015 KTM 250SX would be a great choice. From what I have read the Kawasaki motor is better than the KTM. KTM motor is more centered around top end. Both bikes have +'s and -'s in this day and age I'm sure you cant go wrong with either brand.

Also about the 10 hour oil changes is fine you could even go longer depending on the conditions and how hard you ride. Most of the manuals service intervals are for pros/racers who are riding the bikes very hard. No way the oil will get too dirty after 2 rides you are just throwing away good oil. The manual is simply a guide for keeping your machine in peak performance for racing.
Disagree with the oil. Every 3 rides may seem excessive (what I do) but 10+ hours is way to long. No matter how you ride 5 hours is a pretty good number, not to long or short.

It's really up to you on the bike, it really comes down to which one you think looks cooler and you think you can see yourself on, especially if you like them both already.

Asking people what bike to get is non-sense, might as well ask someone whose is faster US riders or Euro riders, or even better yet, ask someone what brand of truck to buy.

BUY A HUFFY. THEY ARE CHEAPER, MORE RELIABLE AND EASY TO START. PLUS PARTS ARE VERY CHEAP. I HAVE PUT 31549 HOURS ON MY HUFFY WITH OUT CHANGING THE OIL YET!

Not really a comprimise hahaha. The same frame and engine as a KTM. + Here in sweden almost everyone has a Husky, don't want to follow the norm. But they sure look good :)
