Is racial profiling on the rise, or is media just publicizing them because of their popularity?

Yes, racial profiling is becoming a more prominent issue in America and media publicity of these crimes can help the cause

I usually use a Weaver stance but seeing that Havoc does I shall change now...Over the head and sideways hand :)
