2013 World Championships

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

I sure hope that GP worthy privateers show up for this event. In Belgium alone we already have Nick Triest, Jeremy Delince, Gunter Ghysels, Kristof Salaets, Kevin Wouts, Andy Truyts, Marvin Van Daele and Jeffrey Dewulf. Who can sign up and can be in that 110% with ease.
Add Roy Gijsel to that, who quit racing last year, but probarly still has the speed to do at least 1 good lap and this thing shows that riding GP's isn't about talent anymore...
Except for the top-20 then.

As i know Roy Gijsel very well, he will not ride right there I think. You first have to buy a FIM licence.. He is still only 22 years old. If someone buys him a bike and that licence he will give it a go i think

Gautier Paulin had a very nasty crash in the first moto. Face first into the dirt. He has brought over to the hospital and will stay there at least for one night.
First news is that he has an heavy concussion.
Always suxx to see somebody going out like that :(

The starting list of the Junior world championship is published.

I've got a feeling that a lot of kids don't even bother about this championship anymore. Some of the best Belgian riders like Savaste, Geerts, Genot, Brevers ... aren't even going :|.
I hope they'll go next year, because then it is in Bastogne.

However I think a lot of Belgians stay home because it is the legendary race at the Keiheuvel the same weekend. A round of the Belgian championship with the best of the world duking it out in the rough sands of Flanders.

Looks like i'll most likely be going to the Bastogne & Lierop GP.
Hoping to see some good action from my countrymen :D
And ofcourse to witness the 250 show of Herlings once again!

I'm also in for Lierop. It may sound weird, but there's nearly nothing that can match the sensation of seeing Herlings riding trough the sand and see him lapping everybody. That atmosphere, the sound, the finesse wich Jeffrey rides with ...
It's just incredible!
