Pretty common in Swedish amateur racing actually. People get stuck with four digits a whole season because there are no two or three digit numbers left. If some guy from C-class chose (,lets say) #111, it is taken for all classes in that series. I really don't know why there aren't separate numbers for all classes to be honest..
