Its how a f1 car steers where for example turning right like in the pciture the inside wheel turns more than the outside it just how a f1 car works bit odd only ever see it on open wheel racing cars. probally down to set up of the car.

The wheels aren't rly bothering me, because with an angle like that it kinda plays with you. But the steering wheel looks like it's pointing in the wrong direction.

It could also be a chicane, you can see how the tire marks on the track kind of turn and look like there's a left turn after the one he's exiting.

I understand that you can't afford a great camera or the like, but what really is the problem is that you go out and state that you use an iPhone. What takes the cake are the Instagram (or at least Instagram-esque) filters. All you should probably do is crop and play with the contrast and colors a little bit, but not give the entire picture a purple filter.
