Every mic I've had sounds static as fuck... Could it be something of the sound card or what?

sound card or Mobo sounds... Audio drivers... The G35's USB so i don't really have that problem.

Huh...everything seems fine on Windows 8...

I guess I'll install an even older driver on Windows 7.

It stopped doing it since I put it to sleep and woke it back up...duh fuq? I even played MXS without it freaking out.

Hopefully it doesn't start up again, it probably will though.

You sure the mic is fine? My Syberia v2 started cutting out and being all quiet, and now I have to wiggle the mic around to find the sweet spot where it works.
