Most safest way to import iPod touch photos to PC?

Hey guys do any of you know how to convert my photos from my iPod touch to my computer? My laptop crashed and I lost all my photos but they're still on my iPod and I need them on my computer so I can put them on a junk drive. Thanks.

Hey smartass, I already did that. It's hard when every single link is the same guaranteeing the same thing. I was hoping one of you guys already had to use it and knew what was good and what wasn't.

You tried the regular AutoPlay import thing? If you don't get the AutoPlay just access the iPod from Computer in the Start Menu and find the files that way, then copy and paste. Not really a way to screw your iPod doing that, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DON'T SAFELY REMOVE THE HARDWARE!!!

Apple support isn't good? There is no dangerous way of moving pictures over to your computer. Its not like if you make one wrong move and your ipod gets destroyed.

It tries importing the pictures you took with your iPod, but I have about 4,000 photos on my ipod full of my photography, racing, and personal photos.

You must really be bad at searching google if you can't find a free program for jailbreaking your ipod. Whats your firmware? I'll search and find a program within 10 minutes.
