This is for JLV

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

This is for JLV

Post by TRMX »

This is for JLV and to anyone else who is interested in reading how amazing this game/community is.

First of all, JLV is one of the best game creators I have met. If you look at all these other games and such, they don't respect their game/community as much as JLV does. I'm saying this because if you look at Xbox or even PS3 motocross games, they don't give 2 shits besides making money. JLV is the total opposite. He actually respects his game and is friendly. I'm saying friendly because he knows how to communicate with his players and always is their for them.
Example: This title. It says "This is for JLV". And I'm 100% positive he will read this and smilie a little bit and actually recognize what he has created. A beauty.
If this was some other motocross game, let's just say Mx Vs. Atv Alive or something and had a title "To the creators of Alive" in their forums, it would take weeks, too months, maybe even years or never to get a response.

JLV, thank you for creating this game and being active as much as you can with this community.

JLV's hand's aren't tied by a publisher, that's really the difference. You're tricking yourself if you don't think that the MX vs ATV team took pride in their work/respected their users. THQ on the other hand, they didn't give a shit, but then again that's not their job.

Actually, I usually try to avoid posts with my name in them. When someone uses "JLV READ THIS!" as the title it seems pushy to me, like their post is somehow more important than someone else's who used a normal title. Not saying that's what you're doing here, but in general I don't like it.

JLV is a good man, and I'm not just saying that to keep my 3-0 unbanned streak going, though I never deserved to get banned for any of those, so it shouldn't have mattered anyways.

Oh yeah, and he made a pretty sweet game I guess,.

What I like about this game the most is that it's opened so many doors for so many people. I hung out with at least 5 sim people at LL, Kellen has a job, Josh (T-Rider) has made graphics for an AMA pro, the first New Zealander to do so, and many other things have happened through one little video game. Thanks Hoof!

JLV is awesome for sure. I enjoy this game and community after how many years? Cheeeeeers mate as I assume the Aussie buddies I have made would say.

And for sure, those MX vs ATV guys were dick heads and never interacted with anyone.

What!? The admins on the MvA Alive forum were awesome!! They were active on the forum DAILY and they were consistently answering questions.
