in last 2 weeks, my cpu is always under stress.
even if i have n aplly running in that moment.
if i open google chrome is goes to 88% / 90% and after it keeps to 60% / 70%
i have amd fx 7500 2.1ghz quad core, ram 8gb hdd 1000gb (just 150 used) and r7 260 2gb
i think it isn't normale. so what's going on?

Close down everything, then check your task manager and sort your processes by CPU usage and see if you have anything weird running.
Bingo, you have a laptop APU, quad core split to divisions so you probably have a dual core CPU. While it may seem high, because it really is, Chrome will keep running in the background after closing it. Go through what August said and check what is causing the usage.
