Taskbar and Icons are GONE!

Hello, i have no icons or a taskbar. I have tried watching tutorials about fixing it and it don't work so if someone could help me get taskbar and icons back SWEET! But if you could get on Teamviewer or msn, to help me that would be cool because i just got mx simulator and i really put skins and everything in to the game and i cant because my taskbar and icon problem..Well hope to get help thanks.

Look for the line at the bottom of the screen(that should be the top edge of the taskbar). Right-click it and "Lock the taskbar". Hope this was helpful.

And otherwise you go to your cmd and type
explorer.exe

That should do the trick, had it once also last week, I just closed that command in the CTRL+ALT+DEL center and whoops, everything was gone

I had a back door trojan virus that would cancel the explorer.exe process every 15 seconds or so, was ungodly annoying.
