hey... so im suspended for 1 round yet i cant request my license back untill the 7th meaning i would miss two rounds... also my ban is kinda unfair i see your guys view on my take out but it was a clean block pass i didnt punt him or anything i took out his front tire and i stayed up. it kinds sucks that i was getting punted and i clean his front tire so that i can get away from him and i get a ban for it....

I edited the penalty. I wrote in the date for Tom's penalty on your name by accident then added a round for Tom's. My mistake it is fixed now.

As for why. You made a protest stating the time of 'Whole Main' so I had to spend the time watching Tom's entire race. You both retaliated and didn't let the initial incident go which in the end resulted in other riders who were not involved being affected by both of your actions. You would have been better off to let it go and continue on racing and submitted a protest on the incident after the main.

Just FYI, when you sent messages in TS I was AFK.

Damn, that race was all over the place. A great ride in the heat for me followed up by bull in the main. I'll take it and hopefully be the only person that can ride Daytona on a 250 worth anything so I can actually perform well next week. Good job Kyle on the track. Raced like a beauty

sorry peter i was just frustrated and idk the 1 in the sweeper was my fault yes i cleaned his front end but that happens in racing but anyways the one after the double triple i didnt see him till i was going to hit the step over and he hit the brakes and didnt turn at all which caused me to hit him i didnt do that on purpose and after that he had tried to jump onto me which shows he tried that on purpose

DESCRIPTION:Me and Awood where back in the back, i did not even get close to him, i straight up passed him going over the Sx triple, and then he jumped from far left over to the right, cut the haybales, and then T-boned me with his lag. Me and awood has history, but im done with the way he is ruining all my races.
VERDICT:Andrew hits the double triple at an angle towards the inside. He cuts the inside bales does not attempt to brake or avoid contact and blatantly takes out Dennis.
PENALTY:Andrew Wood entered the 2016 SX Series with a provisional Pro license. Blatant track cut take outs are not welcome in any form. Wood will receive a 1 week suspension and lose his pro license for the remainder of SX. If he would like to compete in the Open or 250 divisions without penalty for the remainder of SX, his license may be re-evaluated for outdoors. Andrew may request his license be un-suspended on 03/07/2016

Me and Dennis dont have history as stated. I dont "ruin all his races". i didnt "tbone him with my lag" i barely tapped him. I cut MAYBE half the bale, so it wasnt a "blatant track cut" and was on the brakes while landing, seeing as how i made the corner and barely touched Dennis. I understand i'm on a provisional license but this is totally ridiculous how there are false statements in dennis' description AND the verdict/pentalty. My counter protest had 0 response and dennis has recieved 0 penalty for him riding like a complete and utter jackass. I tried to make a blockpass with slight contact and i succeeded, because of his previous actions in the race.

I dont understand how this can be taken so much on Dennis' side with 0 penalty to him. How is this acceptable?

Getting suspended and license taken away with a move like this compared to the shit Dennis has produced this year is a fucking joke. I have nothing to do with AWood, but just looking at the inisdent, seeing the protest and thinking of Dennises riding this year, this penalty must be the joke of a year, thats absolutely retarded.

Seems like if you write about the incident through pink classes from your point of view will get people banned, should try that sometime, to get rid of people I don't like aswell.
