I dont know how its immature. We all feel like being a dick in this game one time or another. You just let everyone know its ok to try and ruin ppls races if theyre having a bad time and feel like being a dick at least 1 time before you get penalized

A friend of mine, I don't believe he's friends with most of the admins. Besides, I voted for him to get a harsher penalty than he got. Typically I vote for friends of mine to get harsher penalties because they should know better.

I can see why you guys are upset with the incident but no matter what you guys say its not gonna change anything, it's their series and it is going to be handled how they want to so if you guys don't like it then don't participate anymore. Let's just move on and quit arguing about something that is not going to change.

Anyway cant wait for next round, trying to inch myself back into the points chase. Wasn't a huge fan of the track last round but actually had quite a bit of fun racing it, thanks for hosting every week and dealing with us ams haha.

These are the rules and penalties we have in place. All decided by a group of over 7 admins.

Penalties/Protests:
1st Offense: Warning
- A warning will be given for first time offenders of small violations. Warnings can also be given out in bulk to several riders at once.

2nd Offense: 1 Round Suspension
- A second time offender, or a rider who commits a major violation as their first offense will be suspended for one round.

3rd Offense: Multi-Round Suspension
- A third time offender will be suspended 2-5 rounds based on the severity of the violation.

4th Offense: Series Ban
- A fourth time offender will be suspended from simraces.com permanently.

Minor Violations:

- Holding up a leader for 1-2 corners.
- Taking out a leader by being careless.

Major Violations:

- Cutting the track and gaining an advantage over other riders.
- Purposely taking out riders.
- Purposely taking out leaders while being lapped.
- Purposely holding up the a leader for 3+ corners.
- Aggressively re-passing leaders.
- Cross jumping a leader.
- Going backwards on the track into traffic.
- Impersonating another rider.

Protests:
- To protest you must PM me no later than the Friday following the race.
- You must include a detailed description of the incident and a GIF of the incident.
- We are more interested in protests about major violations. So keep that in mind when filing protests. For example: If a rider holds you up for 2 corners while you are lapping him, there will probably be no penalty, just a warning. We should be able to catch most minor violations while reviewing the demo's ourselves after the races.


We try to be as fair as possible but you can't please everyone.

All decisions are voted before put in action. All protests are reviewed by at least 5 to 7 admins. No one admin makes a final decision.

Well according to your rules that you just posted above, both ryan and dylan have 2 major violations which it says right there they should be suspended. But whatever. I expect the same treatment. I expect to be able to cut the track to take someone out if i feel like it and I should only be warned and continue my race. Not bitching or saying how to run your series. Just making sure ill get the same treatment cuz i wont lie i want to do it too sometimes im just not a dick so i dont. But now that i know its ok maybe ill take advantage of it. Thank you for everything you guys do as i have a lot of fun in your series and hope to continue. I think you might be giving me a bad tone when you try to immatate my voice in your brain so just make sure you give me normal person tone when you read my post. If it was me i'd set the precedent at this straight up, even though i'm a friend of Ryan. But both the clips look worthy of these violation descriptions...
