Thats because rF doesn't hardly care about ams compared to pros...even pros had to wait a few days for the Thunder Valley results, so just calm down they will update them when they get time.

If they didn't care, they wouldn't be hosting the series. Everyone will survive if points aren't updated for a while, it's not that big of a deal. As long as points are correct after Ironman, the correct person will be given the championship, and the correct people will be handed prizesAHeckman2 wrote:Thats because rF doesn't hardly care about ams compared to pros

If you'd like to see the updated points before they are able to get to them, watch the demos and update them yourself. If you don't have the demo, watch the stream archives since they are available on Motoagogo's twitch. Otherwise hold on to your undies and wait for them to get around to it.mparise311 wrote:+1 on results on racefactorygaming as well. pros are updated immediately just wondering whats going on for ams. It's not like the race ended at 9:00pm and we're complaining about the results not being up at 9:05pm. They haven't updated the results since Glen Helen three weeks ago.
Re: 2016 rF Gaming Pro and Amateur Nationals
So, I've noticed that a lot of the issues/protests seem to come from unsafe track re-entry. While i agree that there is NO excuse for re-entering the track like a moron and taking someone out, i feel there are a few steps that could be taken to help minimize the issue. When riding in first person, it can definitely be tough in some areas to tell where other riders are.
First off, the minimap, everyone should be checking the map for other riders before re entering the map, however with the size of the arrow that represents '"you" on the map, once someone is within about one second of you, the arrow completely covers their "dot" up, making it virtually impossible to tell if someone is coming up from behind you, especially if you are re entering the track from a sort of parallel angle. If the graphic representing you was either smaller, or possibly a different colored "dot" like the leader's it would be MUCH easier to determine whether or not a re entry would be safe with just a quick glance at the map. This would also be really helpful when it comes to getting lapped, and letting the leaders by, because once they are within the distance where the lapper should begin to pull over, the arrow covers them and aside from coming to a complete stop off the track, there is no way to tell what the best way to let them by will be. I realize some might say the arrow not covering riders close behind you would make it easier for blocking to occur during battles and racing, however with teamspeak, and all the other ways people have "spotters" telling them where everyone around them is, i believe the difference in racing quality would be negligible; also i feel with proper enforcement of the rules, blocking caused by the mini map would be a non issue.
Another thing that could really help in my opinion would be the ability to bind the view switch button to a button on your controller, instead of having it locked to the TAB key. This way, upon track re-entry it would be easy to quickly switch to 3rd person to take a glance at your surroundings, without having to take your hands off the controller and come to a complete stop.
Just my $.02

The suggestion to have the arrow removed or changed to a red dot or something close has been said many times, it is a much needed thing i think ever since the competitor volume option, because sometimes i cant even hear the guy half a second behind me but can hear the guy wtfo across the track.

As a work around for the map you can change the scale of it. Use /mapscale 2 in game to make it twice as big.

Thanks Wheels. It's not that bad when rF lags on posting results, its just when you guys go missing from the forums for weeks at a timewheels1758 wrote:I didn't realize I missed the AM results for GH. I never said they didn't care...I said compared to pro they don't care very much.mxsrider96 wrote:If they didn't care, they wouldn't be hosting the series.
